That’s four in 10 people who are malnourished. The majority are experiencing severe food insecurity leading to hunger and gone without food for days. In rural areas, 70 per cent of the global food supply are produced by farmers, herders, and fishermen. Yet, they are most vulnerable to food insecurity.
By donating, you are providing vital supplies and provisions to these people. It is our first response to crisis and we aim to help as many people as possible. To date, your support has enabled us to send aid to starving children, helpless widows, and vulnerable elderlies.
Each Food Aid Pack generally consists of essentials such as rice, flour, oil, lentils, pulses, spices, tea, sugar, vegetables, and dates. We also ensure all the produce is sourced locally with a focus on nutritional benefit and longevity.
