Qurban 2026 FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Qurban (Udhiyah) is the sacrifice of an animal during Eid al-Adha to commemorate the sacrifice and obedience of Prophet Ibrahim (AS). The meat is distributed to the poor, needy, and families in need.
All Qurban will be performed after Eid prayer on the first day of Eid al-Adha and during the days of Tashreeq (11th–13th Dhul Hijjah) in accordance with Islamic guidelines.
Your Qurban will be carried out across 35 countries in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, focusing on poor families, orphans, refugees, and vulnerable communities.
The meat is distributed to:
  • Poor families
  • Orphans
  • Refugees
  • Widows
  • Elderly
  • Vulnerable communities
Many of these families only eat meat once a year — during Qurban.
Depending on the country, the following animals are used:
  • Goats
  • Sheep
  • Cows (shared Qurban)
  • Camels (selected countries)
All animals meet Islamic Qurban requirements.
