Access to clean water is a basic necessity that many rural communities still lack, leading to preventable disease, hardship, and long-term poverty.

GER’s Community Water Wells provide a sustainable, large-scale solution by delivering safe water access to entire villages. Each well is constructed within 3–4 months and is designed to serve approximately 10–15 families (around 50–75 people), supporting not just households but also schools and mosques.

To date, 479 community water wells have been installed across Sri Lanka and Cambodia, benefiting over 19,160 people. These wells significantly improve hygiene and sanitation, reduce waterborne illnesses, restore dignity, and help communities build healthier and more stable futures.
