This Ramadhan, Global Ehsan Relief is responding to Gaza’s severe hunger crisis by providing 1,000 freshly prepared iftar meals every day through our new Gaza Community Kitchen. For families facing displacement, food shortages, and lack of cooking facilities, fasting is often forced by scarcity. A warm iftar at sunset is not a luxury—it is survival.

With just $5, you can provide one hot iftar meal to a fasting family. Our goal is to deliver 30,000 meals over 30 days, prioritising displaced families, orphans, widows, the elderly, and the injured. Meals are cooked fresh daily, locally sourced where possible, and distributed with dignity by trusted teams on the ground.
